Refunds
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges at this time. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor for items that are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Product Issues
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us via email right away. Customers have a 2-day window from the date of delivery to inspect their order and notify us of any issues. Unfortunately, if we do not hear from you within this 2-day period, we will be unable to address your concerns.
